There is no yoga here - although I love and believe in yoga I realize it’s not for everyone!

Because dealing with ADHD can be stressful and cause burnout.
Do I need to be diagnosed with ADHD to be coached in stress management?
No, you don’t. I work with persons who are feeling stressed, maybe close to burning out, and they don’t have ADHD. This program is for everyone.
